Character and personality

Maximus comes off as a by the books stone faced authoritarian who takes his job seriously to the point of obsession at times. To those who know him its because he has this natural urge to always want to help those in need regardless of who they are, but his attitude is a bit off putting to some given his high opinion of himself gives off a pompous atmosphere around him. He never cares for romance and views things like relationships as a hindrance to ones duties but doesn't deny its positive emotional effects it can have.

Powers and abilities- Hes skilled with his energy element to the point where he can manipulate any kind of energy he wants, from solar all the way to lethal kinds of energy like gamma and nuclear. He can combine his elements in various ways but mainly uses them to make energy crystals that can serve various purposes, his favorite however is for combat purposes. When need be he can use them to give an ally a boost in power or give support in the form of giant crystals that fire energy beams and in extreme cases an energy golem wearing crystal armor complelty under his control.

Weaknesses- his weaknesses are more physiological than physical. His own insecurities and physiological trauma can have drastic effects on his judgment and state of mind.

Backstory- maximus was but a young boy in the war and one of many refugees in a camp along side his mother and sister. One night how ever the camp was attacked and the enemy swarmed in murdering everyone and doing worse to those they took an interest in. They were cornered by enemy soldiers and while trying to defend them his wings were torn off and was forced to watch as his mother and sister were tortured and murdered. The traumatized boy was fond in a catatonic state by kaito and took the boy in. From there on maiximus would exert himself to exhaustion all for the sole desire to become strong and protect peoples lives and from the same pain he feels.

Relationships

Nikita Silver Tail- He'll never admit it but hes head over heels for the metal keeper and is baffled at how well she actually understands. Shes one of the few people who can make his stoic expressionless face crack a smile.

Tranquillitas Wartorn- Hes known him since he was young and secretly idolizes him, and is often found around him due to their similar personalities.

Zaire Midzen- Hes often very warm and friendly with his apprentice and shows a side he doesnt show most, this might be due to her reminding him of his sister. This doesnt stop him from going easy on her when training though.

Diavolo Shadow bane- dspite having a lot in common maximus views diavolos as nothing but a spoiled womanizing brat who is undeserving of his position due to how laid back disposition. The feeling is not mutual on diavolos part much to his annoyance.
